BLACK AND TAN SECTIONAL GUIDELINES
A. APPLYING FOR A SECTIONAL
1. To apply, contact the Executive Vice President of the Association.
2. The Executive Vice President will send the club an application form which
must be completely filled out and returned no later than February 1st of the
year the sectional is to be held.
3. All sectionals must include one show and one hunt. Two night sectionals,
scheduled for Friday and Saturday of the same weekend, will be given preference
but single day events will be allowed at the
discretion of the executive Vice President.
4. All sectionals must be approved by the Executive Vice president. One sectional
per club per calendar year. The Executive Vice President will send the club
a letter confirming the approval of the sectional.
5. A fee of $175.00 must accompany applications. This fee partially defrays
the cost of trophies. If application is denied, check will be returned.
